What is Ubyport and how do I report foreign guests?
Ubyport is the Czech Police system for reporting foreign guests under Act No. 326/1999 Coll. Providers must report every foreign national, including EU citizens, within three working days of arrival. The foreign police issue login credentials. Hostivio prepares reports from online check-in data and sends them directly, manually or automatically.
What is Ubyport and how does it work?
Ubyport is the Czech Police (Policie ČR) web portal used to fulfil the legal obligation to report foreign guests. Under Act No. 326/1999 Coll., every accommodation provider must report all foreign nationals staying at their property within 3 working days.
What changed in Ubyport v2?
The Czech Police launched Ubyport v2 with an updated UNL file format and a new interface. Migration to the new version is mandatory for all providers.
