Terms of Service
1. Introductory Provisions
These terms of service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between TDPK Digital Group s.r.o. ("Hostivio") and users of the Hostivio platform (the "User"). By using the Hostivio service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
Hostivio is an accommodation management platform that allows Users to manage reservations, register guests, generate documents, and automate the administrative processes involved in operating accommodation facilities.
3. User Account
Registration is required to use the service. The User is obliged to provide truthful and up-to-date information. The User is responsible for the security of their password and for all activity carried out under their account. Hostivio reserves the right to terminate any account that violates these Terms.
4. Subscription and Payments
Hostivio offers a free plan and paid plans listed in the current pricing. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly). Payments are processed via Stripe. The User can cancel their subscription at any time in account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hostivio is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Hostivio does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service and reserves the right to perform planned and unplanned maintenance.
6. Beta Features
Some features, such as the channel manager, are marked as beta. They are in trial operation and still being developed and tested. Using them is voluntary and at the User's own risk. Beta features may contain errors, may change or may be discontinued, and Hostivio does not guarantee their availability or error-free operation. A User who uses a beta feature also checks prices, availability and reservations directly in the external channels (for example Booking.com or Airbnb). Hostivio is not liable for damage caused by an error or outage of a beta feature, in particular double bookings, incorrect prices or availability, nor for the terms and decisions of the operators of external channels. The User is responsible for complying with the terms of the external channels they connect to Hostivio.
7. Data Protection
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which also describes Inbox, the use of AI providers and the conditions for any transfers outside the European Economic Area. Accommodation providers are the controllers of their guests’ personal data and are responsible for informing guests and establishing an appropriate legal basis; Hostivio processes those data on their instructions.
8. Changes to the Terms
Hostivio reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. We will notify Users of any material changes by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
